• We prefer this Creative Commons license, but we also respect All rights reserved, as long as you pay your royalties.
• Podcast supports only MP3 reachable trough http:// . No ZIPs, no RARs and no ftp://
• The MP3's have to be at least 128kbps encoded
• Add a picture to every release.
• You are the legal rightholder or a legal representative of the rightholder/s
• We do not host your MP3s, your files will be streamd and downloaded from your server. Your pictures too. Free hosting? Use CC Publisher
• Respect the law.
• Your songs or tracks will be freely available on iTunes.
• We do no longer accept Minimal, Experimental, IDM, Soundscapes and Radio Shows

Every submission is queued and will be checked by a moderator before it will appear. Sometimes we adapt your text. Not every submission will be released. We reserve recourse in the event of loss.
